Our client takes pride in their reputation in its position in PNG.
They are seeking a highly experience and qualified HR Manager to join their team in Port Moresby; responsible for implementing, improving and monitoring the human capital strategies, developing and driving a high performing work culture that will positively impact growth and development across the entire organisation.
Duties & Responsibilities:
Manage administration and implementation of recruitment and on-boarding, employee training and development, salary structure, compensation, benefits, performance appraisal and recognition plans, succession planning and change management.
Develop, monitor and implement all HR strategies and frameworks of the organisation
Manage the operations of the HR division
Tertiary qualifications in human resource management or related fields, post graduate qualifications desirable
5+ years’ senior managerial experience in developing HR systems and processes, strategies and coaching and mentoring expertise
10 years’ experience across recruitment, salary & benefits management and succession planning
Strong communication skills across the business
Strong leadership experience with the ability to manage, motivate and develop a team of diverse individuals across a range of business units
Be a driver of change, initiating new initiatives and projects to improve systems, processes and workforce
Proven experience in all Human Resource functions
